My Dearest Love:

Today I celebrate twenty of the best years of my life, twenty years of pride, comfort, laughter, support, adventure, and most importantly, my unending love for you. I don’t think you can ever really know how much I love you because there aren’t enough words in all the languages in all the world for me to explain it to you. It would be like trying to count all the stars in the universe but knowing you can never reach infinity, or like wanting to hold all the sand on the beach in your palm while knowing that even if you could it would just slip through your fingers. Words always fail me, but your love never has, and for that I’m grateful beyond measure. It scares me a little to think of how fast twenty years has passed, and how quickly the next twenty will appear on the horizon, but I know that whatever the future holds, it will be brighter and more perfect because I will share it with you Thank you for being the light and love in my life. I’m nothing without you.
